End to end, double sided zipper allows to you to unzip the muff completely and use it as a lap warmer, seat warmer, or use it in place of a traditional heating pad on tired sore muscles.----versatility use way!!!

Directions for use:Heating instructions are based on a 800 watt microwave.we recommend removing the seed filled insert from outer cover before heating insertHeat in clean microwave for a maximum of 1 maximum of 1 mintue 30 secondsTest temperature before use, Be careful as seed filled insert may be hot!If seed filled insert is too warm, allow it to cool before removing from microwave.Remove seed filled insert from microwave and shake thoroughly in order to avoid hot spots.Place seed filled insert back into outer cover before using.       Do not use on sensitive skin or areas with poor circulation, Do not heat in gas, toaster or conventional ovens. Use only with adult supervision. Washing instructions for fleece cover:Remove insert before washing. Wash outer cover inside out for longevity of the material. Machine wash in cold water, gentle,tumble dry low heat.Do not wash insert. Spot clean insert with damp cloth as needed.
